Troubleshooting steps for a scale that won't turn on
*Replace batteries with reliable brand, replace entire set at once-don't mix old and new
*Install batteries-don't mix up positive and negative poles
*Check for rust in battery compartment, clean before trying again
*Ensure all connections are secure

*If the screen displays "LO," please replace battery within 3 days
*Remove batteries if not in use for a long time
*It isn‘t advised to keep the scale in an extremely humid environment for a long time
*The minimum weight to wake up the scale is 5-7kg
To ensure accurate weight measurement
Place scale on a flat/hard surface
Check scale legs/pads for obstructions or damage that affect balance
Keep your weight centered directly above the scale as much as possible
Wait for auto-shutoff(about15 sec)before measuring again
Avoid moving scale

1.Reset the scale by removing one battery for 5 seconds and reinserting it back into the battery compartment
2.Step on the scale with one foot until the scale display lights up. Then step off and wait for the screen to display “CAL”
Can't connect to bluetooth / Not syncing with the App
1.Open the app. Under the "Home" section, select the top right "+", select "Body Fat Scale/Weight Scale"
2.Step one foot on the scale surface to wake it up. When the scale model number shows up (begins with "ES/R-A"), click the "+" next to it
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
